At Clickfunded, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance, transparency, and trader security. As part of this commitment, all users are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before becoming eligible for any rewards.
1. KYC requirement
KYC is mandatory for all traders who wish to receive rewards or access funded accounts. This process ensures the legitimacy of each account and helps prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.
2. How KYC is verified
We use a secure third-party identity verification provider, Sumsub, to streamline and automate the KYC process.
3. Standard KYC (via Sumsub)
• Accessible directly through your account dashboard
• Takes only a few minutes to complete
Requires:
• A valid government-issued ID
• A selfie for face match validation
4. Manual KYC (alternative)
If you encounter issues with Sumsub or are unable to complete verification via the automated system, you may opt for manual verification. In this case, you must send the following documents via email to our support team:
• Front of government-issued ID
• Back of government-issued ID
• Selfie holding the ID
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or any billing document with your full name and address)
5. Important notes
• Rewards will not be processed unless KYC is fully completed and approved
• KYC must be completed under your legal name matching your account details
• Submitting false or manipulated documents will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
